We're all rushed during the week and unless you're prepping breakfast for the work week, you probably don't have time to make a full, healthy breakfast or try a fun new recipe. 

When you're in your 30s Sunday Funday turns from Sunday's spent going to bar to bar trying to get all you can from the weekend to more brunches or weekends in making a big breakfast (though if you're kidless you definitely find yourself fitting in more bar-filled Sunday's than you may like to admit. Guilty here!).

I'm trying to eat healthier, drink less, and be more aware of how I spend my time, and cooking a big, healthy breakfast over the weekend is something I love to do. I've compiled 10 of my favorite recipes from around the web (from my favorite food bloggers!) that you can make this weekend.
